Thank you for shopping at MyLullaby. If you are looking to return or exchange a product you have purchased, we are here to help!
MyLullaby offers returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any product(s) you return must have no visible signs of wear or use. Please note discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once we’ve received your product the return has been authorised, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. We will also inform you about the status of your refund.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost when returning your items. Please note the shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, postage costs paid when you placed your order will be deducted from the refund amount. Please ensure you keep the proof of return postage. For any items valued over £30, please consider using a trackable postage service and/or purchasing postal insurance.
All our products are quality checked before being shipped. If you have received faulty or damaged goods, please contact with us as soon as you notice the fault. We will aim to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
